ABF Membership & Agreements

1. Terms and Conditions of Membership

By applying for and maintaining a membership with the American Business First Association (ABF), members agree to the following:

  • Eligibility: Membership is open to business owners, professionals, and entities that align with ABF’s mission of fostering American business growth.

  • Membership Dues: Members agree to pay all applicable dues as outlined in their selected tier. Dues are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Conduct: Members must maintain a high standard of professional ethics. ABF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct that is detrimental to the Association or its reputation.

  • Intellectual Property: Members may use the ABF logo for promotional purposes only as permitted by the Association’s brand guidelines.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Disclosure

ABF is committed to protecting your data while leveraging our network to provide you with exclusive value.

  • Data Collection: We collect information provided during registration (name, business type, contact info) and usage data from our platforms.

  • Referral Services: ABF may share member contact information with vetted third-party providers to facilitate professional referrals that benefit the member’s business operations.

  • Affinity Partnerships & Royalties: > Note: ABF participates in affinity partnerships. This means we may receive royalties, referral fees, or commissions when members purchase products or services through our endorsed partners. This revenue is used to fund Association operations and member benefits.

  • No Sale of Data: Aside from our vetted affinity partners and referral services, ABF does not sell your personal data to unrelated third-party "data brokers."

3. General Association Agreement

Purpose: The American Business First Association is established to provide a collaborative environment for business advocacy, networking, and shared resources.

Member Rights & Responsibilities:

  1. Participation: Members have the right to access the Association’s Vendor Directory, attend exclusive events, and utilize affinity discounts.

  2. Liability: ABF acts as a facilitator. The Association is not liable for the quality of services rendered by one member to another, or by an affinity partner to a member.

Amendments: ABF reserves the right to modify this agreement and its bylaws with notice to the membership. Continued membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

4. Communication & Marketing Consent (Opt-in/Out)

To stay compliant with TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations, please review our communication preferences:

A. Email Consent

By joining, you agree to receive administrative emails (invoices, password resets) and the ABF newsletter.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.

B. Calling & Texting Consent

ABF may use automated technology to reach you for urgent updates or membership reminders.

  • Opt-out: You may opt-out of SMS by replying "STOP" to any message. To opt-out of calls, please contact membership services.
